- 1 cup chicken breast cubed with salt and pepper added
- 1 cup zucchini cubed
- 1 cup squash cubed
- 1 cup carrot sliced
Sauce ingredients:
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- brown sugar optional
Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the veggies and cubed chicken to a bowl and stir. Everything should be coated well in the sauce.
Once the chicken and veggies are coated, place the in the air fryer basked. Don't stack as they need to be in a single layer.
Cook for 15-20 minutes at 380 degrees. Stop and shake the basket every 5 minutes.
Once the ingredients are done cooking, add the sesame seeds.
Serve with rice, cauliflower rice, or anything else that you love.
