Equipment

  • Espresso Machine

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Espresso shot
  • 2 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Prepare the espresso shot using an espresso machine or a strong brewed coffee if you don't have access to an espresso machine.
  • Once the espresso is brewed, add the sweetened condensed milk into the cup with the espresso. Stir the two together until dissolved. This will create a white chocolate flavored mixture. Set it aside to cool for a few minutes.
  • In a tall glass or mason jar, add the ice cubes.
  • Pour the cooled sweetened espresso shot over the ice.
  • Then pour the milk into the glass, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.
  • If desired, top with whipped cream for added flavor and presentation.
  • Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your Starbucks Copycat Iced White Chocolate Mocha!

Notes

Storage Notes

IN THE FRIDGE: If you're like me, you are gonna want to make this iced coffee every morning so I suggest you pour the sweetened condensed milk into an airtight container or small jar with a lid , because it has to be refrigerated after opened...then you can use it all week long!

Helpful Tips & Substitutions

Can I make this drink ahead of time?

I don't recommend it. It's very quick to make, basically in less than five minutes. And if you make the white mocha and pour it over ice, it will water down quickly.
