- 1 oz Espresso shot
- 2 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Milk
Prepare the espresso shot using an espresso machine or a strong brewed coffee if you don't have access to an espresso machine.
Once the espresso is brewed, add the sweetened condensed milk into the cup with the espresso. Stir the two together until dissolved. This will create a white chocolate flavored mixture. Set it aside to cool for a few minutes.
In a tall glass or mason jar, add the ice cubes.
Pour the cooled sweetened espresso shot over the ice.
Then pour the milk into the glass, stirring gently to combine all the ingredients.
If desired, top with whipped cream for added flavor and presentation.
Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your Starbucks Copycat Iced White Chocolate Mocha!
Storage Notes
IN THE FRIDGE: If you're like me, you are gonna want to make this iced coffee every morning so I suggest you pour the sweetened condensed milk into an airtight container or small jar with a lid , because it has to be refrigerated after opened...then you can use it all week long!
Helpful Tips & Substitutions
Can I make this drink ahead of time?
I don't recommend it. It's very quick to make, basically in less than five minutes. And if you make the white mocha and pour it over ice, it will water down quickly.
