- 1 cup strong coffee made ahead of time and very cold
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups ice
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- ⅓ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- whipped cream
- mini chocolate chips
Make sure that the coffee is well chilled or it will just melt the ice and the drink will not thicken up. I like to put the coffee and milk into the freezer while I am measuring and assembling the other ingredients.
Place chilled coffee, milk, ice, chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips into the blender.
Blend until smooth. (The chocolate chips can be sneaky - stir it up once or twice to make sure they are blending.)
Drizzle about 1 Tablespoon of the chocolate sauce onto the inside of each of your 2 serving glasses.
Pour the drink into serving glasses and garnish as desired.
