INGREDIENTS

Rump Roast Salt & Pepper Worcestershire Sauce Brown Sugar Garlic EVOO

Mix together marinade ingredients.

STEP ONE

Cover the roast with olive oil.

STEP TWO

Then, rub the marinade all over the surface of the roast.

STEP THREE

Place the roast directly on the rack with a pan underneath for drippings.

STEP FOUR

Cook at 425 for 15 minutes, then lower to 350 for 15 more minutes per pound.

STEP FIVE

Cover with foil and let the roast rest for 15 minutes before carving.
