Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces Red Potatoes
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Rinse your potatoes and slice each of them in half and score the insides in a diamond pattern.
  • Place a stick of butter in a 9X13 baking dish and place it in the oven. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F and once the butter is melted in the pan, take it out and set the pan aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add parmesan, garlic salt, onion powder, italian seasonings and seasoning salt and whisk together.
  • Now pour the parmesan and seasoning mix into the melted butter in the 9X13 pan and stir together to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.
  • Place your potatoes sliced side down in the parmesan butter mixture until you fill the pan.
  • Spray the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake for 45 minutes then remove and allow the potatoes to cool and crust for about 5 minutes then serve warm.

Notes

Storing Leftovers

If by some miracle you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just be sure to let the potatoes cool to room temperature before transferring them to the container.

Reheating

When it's time to reheat those delicious crispy parmesan crusted potatoes, you have a few options. One way is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, place the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer, and bake for about 15 minutes until warmed through and crispy.
For a quicker method, use an air fryer! Heat the air fryer to 350 degrees F, place the potatoes in a single layer, and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through and crispy. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning the golden parmesan crust.
