- 4 Ripe Avocados
- 1 small red onion finely chopped (or 1 tsp onion powder if you prefer)
- 1 Roma Tomato diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
