Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 pounds ground beef lean
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 24 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp salted butter melted
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Step One: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add nonstick cooking spray to a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Step Two: Add olive oil to a skillet and then add in the onion. Cook and stir until the onion is soft. Once that is done, add the ground beef and fry and stir until there is no pink left. Drain off the excess grease.
  • Step Three: Add the Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, mayonnaise, salt & pepper, and garlic powder and then take off the heat.
  • Step Four: Cut the entire package of slider rolls in half and put the bottom of the rolls directly into the baking dish. Cover the whole bottom half with the ground beef mixture and then sprinkle 2 cups of cheese on top. Put the top halves of the buns on top.
  • Step Five: Use melted butter and brush it on top of the buns. Add sesame seeds.
  • Step Six: Put in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. The tops of the rolls should be golden brown and the cheese should be melted.

Notes

Storage: To store leftover cooked Hawaiian roll sliders with beef, you just need to add the Hawaiian sliders to an airtight container and keep them stored in the fridge. They should stay fresh for 2-3 days.
