Ingredients

  • 16 oz Sourdough Bread Loaf
  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Pepperoni Slices
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Parsley fresh chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • While the oven heats up, Slice the sourdough bread into 1-inch cubes without cutting all the way through the bottom. This creates a grid-like pattern, perfect for stuffing with the irresistible ingredients we're about to mix.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, Italian seasonings, garlic powder, and onion powder. Go ahead, give it a good mix and let those flavors party together!
  • Generously spread the butter mixture all over the bread loaf and in between the pieces of sliced bread, taking care to get it into every nook and cranny. You don't want any of those delicious flavors missing out on the fun.
  • Now, stuff pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese into the bread, filling each cut generously.
  • Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, serve warm as-is or alongside marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping!

Reheating and Storage Information

Got leftovers? Lucky you! Simply wrap the bread in aluminum foil and store it in the refrigerator. When you're ready to reheat, pop it back in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through. Just remember to remove the parsley before reheating to avoid any wilted garnish mishaps.
