Ingredients

  • 52 oz Simply Limeade chilled
  • 2 Tablespoons Limeade Frozen Concentrate or more according to preference
  • 2 Liters Sprite chilled
  • 12 oz Blueberry Simple Syrup
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Fresh Limes

Instructions

  • Prepare the Limeade Base: In a large pitcher, combine the chilled Simply Limeade with the Limeade Frozen Concentrate. Stir well to ensure the concentrate is fully dissolved.
  • Add the Blueberry Simple Syrup: Pour in ¼ cup of Blueberry Simple Syrup. Taste the mixture and add more syrup if a sweeter and stronger blueberry flavor is desired.
  • Incorporate the Sprite: Slowly add the chilled Sprite to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine without losing too much carbonation. (Only add the Sprite if you are serving soon, otherwise, mix together the limeade/blueberry base and store covered in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve so the Sprite doesn’t lose carbonation and go flat before serving.)
  • Garnish and Serve: Slice fresh limes into thin rounds and add them to the pitcher. Add a handful of fresh blueberries to the pitcher for garnish. Optionally, squeeze some fresh lime juice into the mixture for an extra zesty flavor.
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve the Blueberry Limeade over ice in glasses. Garnish each glass with additional fresh blueberries and a slice of lime on the rim.

Storage and Reheating Instructions:

If you find yourself with extra Blueberry Limeade, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to three days. Just make sure to keep it in a tightly sealed container to preserve its fizzy goodness.
