- 12 Flour Tortillas street taco size
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Green Onions sliced
- 1 Roma Tomato diced
- 5 Bacon Strips cooked and crumbled
