When it comes to recipes I love to make them as family friendly as I can, this Pumpkin Fluff is exactly one of those recipes.
I have been having this for years and years and it is one dip that I will not get sick of ever. It is so tasty and just screams fall flavor to me.
What I like about it most is that it comes together so quickly so if you are struggling to find something to serve to guests, this Pumpkin Fluff is it.
Not only is it easy but boy is it tasty. I could honestly eat a whole batch by myself, absolutely no shame at all!
We all have favorite recipes and flavors, well pumpkin is absolutely one of mine. And when you have an easy recipe like this Pumpkin Fluff, its hard to not become addicted.
WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS:

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
Cream cheese
Brown sugar
Pumpkin puree
Pumpkin spice
Maple syrup
Whipped topping
See how super easy those ingredients are? I bet if you are a baker of any sort, you probably have most of them on hand.
Bonus points if you are already in the mood for fall and have all the pumpkin stocked up like we do at our house!
HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN FLUFF:
- Use a standing mixer, or hand mixer to blend together softened cream cheese and brown sugar.
- Blend this until creamy.
- Blend in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup
- Fold the thawed whipped topping into the pumpkin mixture.
- Store in the refrigerator.
WHAT CAN I SERVE WITH PUMPKIN FLUFF?
There are so many various things that you can serve with this recipe that it is crazy, but that is the good part! Some of our favorites include:
- Pretzels
- Graham crackers
- Ginger snaps
- Vanilla wafers
- Apple slices
- Pear
These are just some of our favorites, you really can use whatever you think would work and taste the best!
I DON’T HAVE PUMPKIN SPICE, WHAT CAN I USE?
When I have no pumpkin spice, I use this as a substitute and it is delicious: 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, and ¼ teaspoon ground cloves.
That amount is the exact measurement that you will need to make this Pumpkin Fluff!
CAN I MAKE HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM?
Absolutely! To do that whip up 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Then gently fold this into the pumpkin mixture.
HOW DO I STORE?
This Pumpkin Fluff Recipe will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in a freezer safe container for up to 1 months.
Defrost in the refrigerator before serving.
EXPERT TIPS AND TRICKS:
- You can use granulated sugar in place of the brown sugar, but it won’t be as rich and flavorful.
- Easily double this batch to serve to larger crowds or save for later.
- This can be frozen, see my tips above.
- Use any of your favorite fruits, crackers or cookies to use as dipping vessels.
- Maple syrup can be replaced with other syrup, or omitted all together.
