How to Make Grilled Peaches in the Air Fryer
Step 1: Wash the peaches and cut them in half. Remove the peach pit.
Step 2: Melt the butter and then spread that on the open face halves of the peaches.
Step 3: Place the peaches in the air fryer with the cut sides facing up in the air fryer basket and cooke for 5 minutes on 350 degrees.
Step 4: While the peaches are cooking in the air fryer, it’s time to mix the glaze. Mix the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
Step 5: Once the peaches are done cooking, remove them and drizzle the caramel glaze over the top.
Step 6: Next, grab the glaze and drizzle that over the top of the peaches as well. Put the glazed peaches back into the air fryer for about 5-6 minutes longer. The glaze and caramel will start to bubble.
Step 7: Serve with ice cream or enjoy as is.
Storage and Re-heating Notes
Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container. These peaches are better served fresh and warm so I don’t really recommend you keep leftovers but the beauty of using an air fryer is that you can make small batches!
FAQS & Helpful Tips
Leave the peach skin on as this holds them together better while they’re being cooked in the air fryer. Plus, peach skin is so yummy!!!
Absolutely. Once you make them, you can mash them and make a stellar peach pie filling taste. This would also be great adding to yogurt or mixed with homemade ice cream.
If you are going to cook and mash them, just use a fork after the peaches have been cooked. They’ll be nice and tender, making it simple to mash.
There are two things to look for when you’re buying ripe peaches. First, they should have a slight squeeze to them, but not too much. And the other big indicator is that you can actually smell the sweetness without even having to cut into them.
I always buy a few peaches at the store because I find myself eating one before I even make this simple peach recipe! Perks of being the cook!
