How to Make Hibachi in the Air Fryer
Step 1: Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Step 2: Add the veggies and cubed chicken to a bowl and stir. Everything should be coated well in the sauce.
Step 3: Once the chicken and veggies are coated, place the in the air fryer basked. Don’t stack as they need to be in a single layer.
Step 4: Cook for 15-20 minutes at 380 degrees. Stop and shake the basket every 5 minutes.
Step 5: Once the ingredients are done cooking, add the sesame seeds.
Step 6: Serve with rice, cauliflower rice, or anything else that you love.
Storage and Re-heating Notes
If you’re lucky enough to have leftovers, store them in an airtight container and keep them in the fridge.
Be sure to let the mixture cool down before storing it so that it doesn’t have moisture trapped inside the container.

I like to use vegetables that are in season, but you can really change it up. Popular veggies are onions, mushrooms, and all types of squashes.
This is actually quite a full meal in itself! But if you want to add side dishes, some options could be Drunken Noodles or any type of noodles, rice, and even a simple side salad.
